Welcome to our Huntsville lawn care family. We keep this short, fair, and in plain Texas English. No lawyer-speak unless we have to.

We show up. We do great work. We treat your yard (and you) like neighbors. That’s the deal.

1. Who We Are

We are a local, family-run lawn care company based right here in Huntsville, Texas. Licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Fully insured. Been cutting grass in Walker County for over 10 years.

2. Services We Provide

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing, edging, blowing, weed control, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, fire ant treatments, and seasonal clean-ups. If it makes your yard look better, we probably do it.

3. Scheduling & Weather

We mow on your regular day unless heavy rain makes it impossible.
If we skip because of weather, we’ll be back within 3 days at no extra charge.
You can pause service for vacation — just give us 48 hours notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted upfront. No surprises.
Weekly service is billed monthly (first week of the next month).
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card (3% fee on cards).
Late payment after 15 days adds a $15 late fee — we hate doing that.
Seasonal contracts get 10–15% off and price-lock protection.

5. Access to Your Property

We need a clear path and an unlocked gate (or the code). If dogs are out, please secure them — we love pups but don’t want anyone getting loose.

6. Our Satisfaction Promise

Not happy with a cut? Call or text within 48 hours and we’ll make it right for free. No questions. No attitude. That’s how we’ve stayed top-rated around here.

7. Cancellation

No long-term contracts unless you want one.
Cancel anytime with 7 days written notice (text or email is fine).
If you pre-paid a season and cancel early, we refund unused visits.

8. Damage & Liability

We carry full liability and workers comp insurance. If we break it because we messed up, we fix or replace it. Acts of God (storms, deer, your cousin doing donuts in the yard) are not on us.

9. Pet & Child Safety

All chemicals are EPA-approved and applied by licensed techs. Lawns are safe for pets and kids once dry — usually 2–4 hours. We’ll always let you know.

10. Photos & Reviews

We sometimes take before/after photos to show off our work (and to send you proof it’s done). We’ll never post your address or anything personal without asking first.

11. Changes to These Terms

If we ever update this page, we’ll text or email you a heads-up. Keep cutting with us = you agree to the new version.
