1. Service Agreement & Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and what we see during our visit. Actual charges may vary slightly due to yard condition, access issues, or unexpected overgrowth. We always get your approval before any extra work or charges.

Prices on this website are for reference only. Your final price is locked in writing when you approve the service plan.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless you’re on a pre-approved weekly or seasonal plan. We accept cash, check, card, Venmo, and online payments. A $35 fee applies to returned checks. Past-due accounts may pause service until settled.

3. Weather & Scheduling

Texas weather doesn’t always cooperate. Heavy rain, storms, or extreme heat may delay your visit. We’ll text or call to reschedule at the earliest safe time — usually within 1–3 days. No extra charge for weather delays.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work 100%. If something isn’t right — patchy spots, missed edges, weeds coming back — call or text within 7 days. We’ll return and fix it free. No questions asked.

5. Property Access & Safety

We need clear access to gates and yard areas. Please secure pets and let us know about sprinklers, invisible fences, or fragile items. We’re not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or items left in the yard.

Our team is fully insured and background-checked. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage for your protection.

6. Lawn Health & Results

Grass is alive. Sometimes it takes 4–8 weeks (or one full season) to see dramatic improvement, especially if starting from poor condition. We can’t guarantee perfect results overnight, but we promise steady, visible progress with consistent care.

We use EPA-approved, pet-and-kid-friendly products when applied properly. Keep pets and children off treated areas until dry (usually 2–4 hours).

7. Cancellation Policy

No long-term contracts required. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice. Seasonal plans include a discount — early cancellation may adjust pricing to standard rates.

8. Photos & Reviews

We sometimes take before/after photos to show progress and train our team. We’ll never share your address or personal info without permission. Feel free to leave us a review — we read every single one.
